Visa Requirements

All exhibitors at Balikpapan Industrial Expo (BEX) 2026 in Balikpapan are required to apply for a C11 Visa.

The C11 visa for Indonesia is a business visa issued to foreign nationals who intend to:

• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, or conferences
• Attend business meetings or negotiations
• Conduct short-term investment-related activities

* The organisers do not accept any responsibility for obtaining visas for exhibitors to travel to Indonesia.
Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining their own visas in good time in advance of the show.
